When I was a playboy – I had many women in my life. Most of them liked me, the majority of them had sex with me. But almost no one wanted to marry me. Strange but true. Most than 11 different nationalities, 450 different women but none who wanted to marry me.
I mean yeah – there were women but the ones I wanted to marry didn’t want to marry me. And the ones who wanted to marry me – I wasn’t too into them.
So what happened then?
I moved over to Thailand, met Thai women and today I am married to a Perfect woman – a woman who perfectly fits almost everything I would want, desire, dream and ever ask for.
So what happened?
Before I was searching for someone but in an environment where everyone thought patterns, behaviors and lifestyle were more or less like each other. Almost all of them had the similar foundation. But the minute I changed and moved over to a totally different environment – everything changed.
So, If you are stuck in a rut where your career, your friendships, your relationships, your business, your personal and your professional life do not seem to be moving at all – maybe it is time you completely changed everything. And by everything I mean everything.
You will be surprised what you will find.

Henry Ford didn’t take a customer survey when he created the Ford Model T.
When Steve Jobs created the iPhone or the iPod or the iPad – he never undertook a marketing campaign to find out if these products would succeed.
Barack Obama didn’t ask anyone if they could dig up any evidence to find out if he had a chance at winning.
So if you have to do something – just do it. There are a lot of chances you will fail. Absolutely. Even if you took or didn’t take a survey, marketing campaign or opinion from your loved one. If you have to do something – Calculate your risks of success or failure – and you decide – yes or no.
That’s it.
Because at the end of the day – if you have to fail or you have to succeed – let it be because you dug deep down to discover the answer.
Never ask anyone or any ordinary mind to decide your future.

People say whatever you do – do it in moderation. I have a different viewpoint to that. I tell people – either you get in 100% or you don’t. Its either 100% trust or nothing at all. Its either you put your skin in the game – or you don’t. Having something like “I trust him 60% or 99%” – doesn’t dig it.
That is the same philosophy I used while creating my brand, when investing in my books and when decided to move from Dubai, UAE to Thailand.
Either you are 100% in or you are not. Because when you do not leave behind any Plan B – you make sure you succeed no matter what.

Sometimes I get clients who tell me – “I don’t know what to do” or “I am totally confused what I should do”. Immediately I ask them – imagine for a minute, you did know what you had to do. Just imagine. Even if you are wrong. So then if you could imagine it and you knew what you could do – what would you do?
When I let them know that they can imagine anything and they need not be right – immediately they imagine an answer and they give me the solution. They don’t seem very focused on being right or wrong. They just give me an answer.
This is what I think you should do also.
Whenever you are confused what to do – just ask yourself “If I could make a choice – and even if it was a wrong choice – what choice would I make?”
The answer would liberate you.
Even if its a right or wrong answer – let it be YOUR answer.

There are days when you should sleep more than 8 hours a day. And then there are days where you should sleep only 4 hours a day. Do not make it a habit of getting a good night sleep every single day. Because if you do – then your competitor who is sleeping less, working more and covering more ground – will eventually overtake you. And then you will lose your ability to sleep permanently.

There are many youngsters who tell me –
I’m shy what do I do?
I’m an introvert, how do I start a conversation?
I do not have money – how do I start a business?
What are 10 steps to success?
What foolproof advice can you give a 25-year-old young man?
The problem here is – everyone is looking for a safety net, an easy way out, a less painful road.
Yes – rejection is painful, Failing hurts. And mistakes have a price to pay. But unless and until you do not go through that painful road of failing, falling and fucking up – you will never learn.
So if you want to grow up – do not prevent your child your child from getting hurt – rather allow your child to get hurt, fall down and hurt themselves. As they fall down more and more – they will become sharper, stronger and steadier in their decisions. And eventually, achieve the success they were destined to achieve.
Never make it easier for you to succeed or use shortcuts.
Make it your decision to go through the tough, long and hard road – and you will be the toughest one in the end.

I read a lot of books, more books than the average person but not enough books that I should read. However, I do read a lot of books and that is something that will forever continue until the day I die. When I tell people that I read a lot of books (my record stayed at 800 books, then I stopped keeping a count), they automatically assume – I know a lot.
The challenge here is this – let’s assume you read 1,000 books. But you read 1,000 WRONG books, giving you the WRONG information and guiding you the WRONG path. So then can you call yourself smart?
No.
So just reading books for the sake of reading doesn’t necessarily make you smart or better. It just keeps you well informed. And if you just read and do not apply any of the information presented – you will not see any improvement or change in your personality or character.
And this is where reading information comes into play. Just because you have read something in the newspaper, or in any book or sacred text or even if your mother and father have told you about it – DO NOT believe it. And neither nurture the assumption that you have become better, smarter and more intelligent than the rest.
The problem with our planet is – people assume that just because they have read something, just because their past have proved something and just because they have been hailed as a success/great person – they automatically become smarter, better or superior.
Keep in mind – not everything that you do today will be of any use tomorrow, not everything you study and learn today would be of any use tomorrow and not everything you as an expert at – will have any value tomorrow.
So live with that insecurity and stay at the edge of being insecure – but firm about educating yourself.
